The Spring Conference is our biggest event of the year, providing opportunities for undergraduate women to learn from community leaders as they navigate the professional world. Guest speakers from a wide variety of industries and backgrounds share their insights on what it means to be a woman in business and how they were able to overcome adversity and gender biases in the workplace. Interactive workshops give undergraduate students the chance to implement what they learned with their peers in a supportive atmosphere.
