Every semester, we host multiple events for our members to network with professionals, fellow students, and faculty. We strive to bring new and exciting events every year!

Workshops/Conferences
The biggest and most popular event we host is the Fall/Spring Conference. Members get the chance to listen to professionals discuss different career opportunities and how they’ve adapted to the fast-paced working society as businesswomen. Presentations at this event highlight gender equity topics and professional development, and are followed by lunch and networking sessions.
In addition, we host different workshops including resume and profile building, interview prep, and professional workshops on different business concentration topics.

Guest Speakers + Discussions
We’ve hosted many guest speaker events in the past such as a lunch session with Kirk Arnold and presentations with Linda Babcock, Jennifer Wegner, and other women in various industries who have great insight as professionals in the workforce. Some of these guest sessions also include small-group discussions, where students have the opportunity to ask questions and network on a more personal level.

Panels
Every semester, we host at least one panel, whether it’s an internship panel with upperclassmen, a career panel in collaboration with other Tepper organizations, or company panels with employers at large firms and startups. These panels tend to have a lot of impact on our members, and we look forward to hosting even more unique panels for everyone.

Socials
An organization wouldn’t be complete without socials! We’ve hosted socials such as Halloween parties, hot chocolate and movie sessions, and Valentines celebrations. These are great events to attend if you want to get closer with the rest of the organization and have fun at the same time.
